FAT DOESN’T MAKE US FAT! SUGAR MAKES US FAT!!

Yay!…the news is finally bringing this mainstream! It is time to get rid of your vegetable oil, canola oil, margarine & low/non-fat foods!
Instead switch to HIGH QUALITY GOOD FATS like cold-pressed coconut oil, ghee, grass fed butter, or bacon fat when heating food and avocado oil & olive oil on cold food!
Time to ditch the low fat foods and switch to full fat! Did you know when manufacturers make a food low-fat or non-fat they usually add extra ingredients like sugar, artificial sweeteners, and/or carbohydrates to make it taste better. Majority of processed food has all kinds of additives that are no good for a healthy body like sugar or artificial sweeteners, GMOs, artificial food dyes, & all kinds of other additives. And did you know when you eat carbohydrates your body turns them into sugar!
Food should be eaten as nature intended! I have done a lot of research and have been eating as little processed food as possible, eating as much non-GMO, USDA Organic as I can, and if something does have a label I look for as little ingredients & ingredients that I can pronounce! I have been eating this way since September 2013 when I first learned about GMOs and have already lost 20 lbs just by eating whole plant based foods & grass fed, antibiotic free meat & dairy, and healthy whole grains! I have been trying to get my body healthy and the weight loss was an added bonus! And I haven’t even worked out yet which is next on my list!
Everyone needs to find the best way to eat for their own body because not one way of eating is going to work for everyone so I hope this has at least been informative if you are still using unhealthy oils & eating low/non-fat foods. Healthy is the new skinny!!
